Fennel 茴香

鮮茴香草本汁特別針對胃部不適所引起的問題，對消化道有鎮靜的作用，特別對脹氣和抽筋有幫助。

另外，茴香亦有助增加母乳及女性的荷爾蒙分泌。

功效 :

1) 母乳內含有茴香的成分，可舒緩嬰兒脹氣的情況

2) 在哺乳期間服用茴香更可確保有足夠的奶量

3) 舒緩腹痛、脹氣等

4) 對咳嗽和聲音嘶啞有幫助

5) 有助調節週月經期

服用量：

建議成人服用 Salus 茴香草本果汁(2茶匙)，一日兩次。

稀釋後在飯前服用；喂哺母乳期間的媽媽，建議每日服用三次。

注意：

草本補鈣液較為濃或有沉澱，使用前請先搖勻

Breastmilk

There are historical anecdotes that fennel is a galactogogue (催奶劑), improving the milk supply of a breastfeeding (哺餵母乳) mother. This use, although not supported by direct evidence, is sometimes justified by the fact that fennel is a source of phytoestrogens, which promote growth of breast tissue. However, normal lactation (哺乳期) does not involve growth of breast tissue. There is a single case report of fennel tea ingested by a breastfeeding mother resulting in neurotoxicity for the newborn child.
