感冒病症

之前於雜誌看過有關流感冒病症，頗有興趣，想與大家分享。

以中醫角度，感冒有分風寒及風熱2種。

風寒感冒病症如下

  • 身體常感疼痛
  • 嚴重怕風怕凍
  • 頭沉重，痛連後頸
  • 咳嗽聲沉及長
  • 痰較稀及白色
  • 喉嚨痕癢
  • 無出汗
  • 少口渴

風熱感冒病症如下

  • 身體較熱
  • 輕微怕風怕凍
  • 頭脹及劇痛
  • 咳嗽聲高音及短促
  • 痰稠及偏黃
  • 喉嚨疼痛
  • 有出汗
  • 常口渴
